# I cannot scan my QR Code


If you're having difficulty scanning your eSIM's QR code, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

* **Confirm eSIM Compatibility**: Check if your phone supports eSIM technology.
* **Inspect the QR Code**: Ensure the QR code is undamaged and clear.
* **Optimize Lighting**: Adjust lighting conditions for better QR code visibility. Move closer to the QR code for accurate scanning.
* **Restart Your Phone**: If all else fails, a phone restart may resolve software glitches.
* **Install the eSIM manually**: by entering the SM-DP+ Address and Activation code
