# 为什么我的设备显示"您没有注册上蜂窝数据服务"的信息？

如果您的设备联到了蜂窝网络，但没有连到互联网，您需要：

1.  检查您的设备设置：
  * 飞行模式应该为关闭状态；
  * 移动数据或蜂窝数据应当是开启状态；
  * 数据漫游应当是开启状态；
  * APN（接入点）名称应当设置为"internet’"（该点非常重要！）；
  * 在有iOS 8.x的苹果设备上，"欧盟互联网"选项应当是打开状态。
2. 按您设备的指示步骤关机然后开机。
