How can I recover my login/username?
Your login (username) is your email, which you entered during MTX Connect SIM card activation;
If you have forgotten this email, please reach out to us at help@mtxc.eu.
For verification purposes and to confirm your ownership of the account, include a scanned copy of your ID. Ensure that the data in your profile matches the information on your attached document.
Alternatively, you can retrieve your login username by accessing the MTX app or the Selfcare Portal using your MTX SIM card (ensure that your WiFi is turned off and Mobile Data is assigned to your MTX SIM card for this method). You will be automatically logged in without needing to enter your login credentials. Once logged in, navigate to your Profile to find your Login user information.
