I cannot scan my QR Code

  • Confirm eSIM Compatibility: Check if your phone supports eSIM technology.
  • Inspect the QR Code: Ensure the QR code is undamaged and clear.
  • Optimize Lighting: Adjust lighting conditions for better QR code visibility. Move closer to the QR code for accurate scanning.
  • Restart Your Phone: If all else fails, a phone restart may resolve software glitches.
  • Install the eSIM manually: by entering the SM-DP+ Address and Activation code
