What is Permanent Roaming?

Please be aware when using our services that, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, a SIM card is not permitted to be used for more than 60 (sixty) cumulative days within any period of 4 (four) consecutive months in a single country. Exceeding this limit will result in the SIM card being blocked for use in that country.

For further details on 'Permanent Roaming,' please refer to our Terms and Conditions:
Permanent Roaming means the use of Services within the same country for more than 60 (sixty) cumulative days within any 4 (four) consecutive months’ period;
The Customer will get a free of charge notice when the limits of Permanent Roaming are exceeded. In this case the SIM Card will be blocked for use on the territory where the Permanent Roaming occurred until the period of 4 (four) consecutive months from the first day of such Permanent Roaming on that territory expires. However, the SIM Card will be unblocked immediately if used in another territory, where the new Permanent Roaming term will apply.

When the SIM card connects to a network provider in a different country, the Permanent Roaming limits will automatically reset.

While you can purchase a new eSIM and start using it, the same usage conditions apply: it cannot be used for more than 60 (sixty) cumulative days within any 4 (four) consecutive month period.
