Can I convert my MTX plastic SIM card to eSIM?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert your plastic SIM card to an eSIM.
But you can always purchase a new eSIM for your new phone. The cost of a new eSIM for existing customers is only 1 euro, you can purchase it from your personal cabinet at https://selfcare.mtxc.eu/ or directly from the MTX app (the cost for the new eSIM will be deducted from your account balance).
You can have up to 10 active sim cards on your account, and all of them will share one account balance.
