Can I transfer my eSIM to a new device?
To transfer the eSIM profile from your old device to your new phone, follow these steps:
Ensure your old device has internet access.
Remove the eSIM profile from the phone settings.
This process is known as a "Confirmed Removal." If you miss any of these steps (e.g., losing your old phone, resetting it to factory settings, or not deleting the eSIM, or no internet access), you won't be able to install the eSIM on your new device.
But you can always purchase a new eSIM for your new phone. The cost of a new eSIM for existing customers is only 1 euro, you can purchase it from your personal cabinet at https://selfcare.mtxc.eu/ or directly from the MTX app (the cost for the new eSIM will be deducted from your account balance). You can suspend your old eSIM card in your personal cabinet, if you don't plan to use it anymore.
You can have up to 10 active sim cards on your account, and all of them will share one account balance.
