Why my SIM is not working in China?

Please be aware that China has specific network requirements.
Phones must have the capability to make emergency calls, and failure to meet this requirement will result in network access being blocked.

As we solely provide internet connections without voice services, we advise using only tablets and routers in China.

Additionally, it's important to note that devices intended for the European market may support LTE bands different from those required in China, which include bands 3 and 41. Kindly verify the supported bands of your device in the user manual.



Nevertheless, there is a solution for iOS devices with eSim support:
Ensure that you have installed the latest iOS version.
Navigate to Settings - About - and verify if the Network Provider for MTXC is 58.
